Back in 2005 I purchased my first Volkswagen. A short time later, I bought another. This one was a 98 Tornado Red Vr6 Gti, with a busted transmission. I fixed that one, and subsequently was asked to fix all my friends cars too. After I graduated high school, I started at the local VW dealer, low man on the totem pole, taking out trash and emptying oil drains. There, I worked my way up on the line. Fast forward to today, Ive been at a few dealerships and an independent specialist, completed or had a hand in some fun and interesting builds, earned an A.S. in engineering, worked on some super secret marine alternative fuels project, and industrial machinery repairs among other things.
